Why is it worth it? PADI OWD diving course As a certified PADI OPEN WATER DIVER (PADI OWD), you have the option of diving with a partner with at least the same qualifications without the assistance of Divemaster, Assistant Instructor or Diving Instructor up to a depth of max 18 m. If you already have the PADI Discover Scuba Diving or PADI Scuba Diver certificate, agree with your instructor on the schedule of your PADI OWD diving course.
What do you need to try? Minimum age: 10 years (at the age of 10-14 years the candidate receives the PADI JUNIOR OPEN WATER DIVER certificate). Generally good health.
NOTE: PADI Junior OWD can dive up to a maximum depth of 12 m with a diving instructor or a parent who is at least PADI OPEN WATER DIVER certified.
What will you do? PADI OWD course Warsaw During the PADI OPEN WATER DIVER PADI (OWD) and PADI JUNIOR OWD diving course program, you will learn the basics of safe free diving, learn diving equipment and diving technique, and acquire the ability to plan and organize safe dives. You will acquire all these skills during five pool classes and five lecture classes completed by a theoretical exam. In addition, you will do four dives in open waters (in the lake, quarry or in the sea).
How long does this course take? Every student of the PADI OPEN WATER DIVER (PADI OWD) diving course will receive a certificate after completing all the exercises included in the course program. Each participant of the PADI OPEN WATER DIVER course (PADI OWD) will have as much time as they will need to acquire program skills.
What do you need? Willingness to try an underwater adventure PADI OWD diving course Training materials - you will receive in our Diving Center Logbook (dive book / dive record) - you will receive in our Diving Center.
What will you get after the OWD diving course? Possibility of diving up to 18 m deep with a partner having at least the same diving degree PADI OPEN WATER DIVER (PADI OWD). If you want to continue your further education related to diving, you can proceed to the PADI Advenced Open Water Diver (PADI AOWD) program, which will definitely increase your skills and opportunities related to free diving in open waters.
